This setup has been constructed to demonstrate the turbulence flow in the planet’s atmospheres and make that process visual. Within the liquid tank of the setup there is a chaotic liquid that contains solid particles. When you rotate the globe, you can observe the movement of particles in the liquid. Irregular movement of particles causes a turbulence in the liquid. During the turbulence, the flow of particles can be easily seen.
